Each Livewell location is carefully selected based on strong demographic, market, and growth data—to give the Founding DVM and hospital the best chance at long-term success.

The Village at Gateway in Forney is an outstanding setting for a Livewell Animal Hospital, positioned at the center of one of the fastest-growing communities in the nation. Kaufman County is the second-fastest growing county in the U.S., with Forney experiencing a population increase of more than 86% over the last decade. By 2026, the immediate trade area will surpass 90,000 residents, supported by an average household income of over $100,000. This rapid growth is fueled by a surge of new housing developments, a highly regarded school district, and major employers drawing families and professionals east of Dallas.

Anchored by national retailers, restaurants, and entertainment venues, the Village at Gateway is designed to be a true destination, providing visibility and steady client flow for new businesses. With convenient access to US-80 and just 25 miles from downtown Dallas, this location combines accessibility, community energy, and long-term stability. For Livewell, it represents not just a chance to thrive financially but also to become a trusted resource in a young, vibrant, and pet-loving community that is actively seeking quality care.

If you are an experienced veterinarian with an appetite for professional and/or financial growth, have strong leadership & interpersonal skills, and are passionate about high-quality care and client experience - this is the perfect opportunity for you!
